  OFFICE CONTRACTUAL COMMITMENTS

Provision of services according to the program
The Office plans, organizes, and coordinates the services listed in the published program or the program agreed with clients, for a fee. This fee is based on the services described, foreign currency exchange rates to the euro, and applicable tariffs, fares, taxes, and fees at the time of planning and cost calculation. The Office reserves the right to adjust the prices included in the program in case of changes in transportation costs, fuel, or exchange rates.

Travel element modifications
A. While the Office strives to strictly follow the organized travel program by planning every detail in advance, modifications may occur due to third-party suppliers over which it has no direct control, such as airlines, shipping companies, hotels, transportation, and other tourism businesses. Due to its purely intermediary role, the Office's responsibility is limited to omissions and organizational failures. Despite this, the Office makes every effort to meet clients' expectations but cannot be held responsible for irregularities it cannot control or foresee, such as: a) Changes or modifications before or during the travel stages arising from airline or transport company services (delays, cancellations, aircraft type changes, overbookings, lost items, etc.)

B. Accidents, illnesses, or adverse organic effects from climate conditions, inability to adjust to time zones, altitude, epidemics, food poisoning, or insufficient hygiene. c) changes to any service of the program due to force majeure (war or threat of war, natural disasters, terrorist acts, strikes, political unrest, etc.). d) damage, loss, or theft of luggage, personal items, money, or travel documents, or any consequences of criminal or illegal acts.

C. Before the trip, the Office reserves the right to modify the tour program and adjust its price. In this case, the traveler may cancel participation and receive a refund of any prepaid amount without further claims. During the trip, the leader may modify part or all of the program if deemed in the travelers' interest. Any additional expenses (extra nights, food, transport, etc.) due to modifications caused by emergencies or force majeure are borne exclusively by the travelers. The Office reserves the right to change the hotel listed in the program to another of the same category.

Trip Cancellation
The Office has the right to cancel the trip due to low participation no later than three days before departure. Cancellation may also occur due to force majeure or other reasons deemed necessary by the Office. In such cases, an alternative trip of the same price and quality is offered. If the client refuses, the paid amount is refunded. No other claims are recognized.

Traveler Responsibilities
Each traveler is responsible for the validity, securing, and safekeeping of all travel documents required for the trip (passport, visa, permits, certificates, etc.). If the Office is responsible for obtaining these documents, it is not liable for delays or issuance failures. Travelers must provide honest and genuine statements to authorities before and during the trip. Late arrival or failure to appear at the designated place or time (for tours, transfers, flights, meals) allows the leader to depart without compensation to the traveler. In such cases, travelers must rejoin the group at their own expense.

Payment - Booking of participation
To validate a registration, a 40% deposit of the trip cost must be paid. Registrations via phone or other means without a deposit are invalid. Registrations can also be made via cooperating agencies, under the condition that the deposit is paid. Full payment must be completed at least seven (7) days before departure. Otherwise, the registration is invalid, and deposits are forfeited. Upon full payment and receipt of documents, contractual obligations between the Office and client apply. Submission of registration implies acceptance of all terms.

Cancellation of participation
If a participant cancels, it must be done in writing. Fees depend on the period before departure: 1. Up to 20 days: no charge. 2. Up to 15 days: €30 per person for company expenses. 3. 14–10 days: 35% of trip cost. 4. 9–7 days: 50% of trip cost. 5. 6–5 days: 75% of trip cost. 6. 4 days to departure: 100% of trip cost. 7. Chartered flights: 100% fee regardless of notice.

Transfer of participation
Participants may transfer registration to another person with at least 5 working days' notice. Both parties are jointly responsible for any fees or additional expenses (name change, airfare, telecom costs, etc.).

Trip Services - Transportation
A. Airlines
Flights are based on group fares with minimum participant requirements and stopover restrictions. Airlines may change schedules without notice. The Office cannot force airlines to limit stopovers or waiting times.
B. Hotels
Hotel categories listed correspond to the national tourism standards. International criteria may differ. Hotel check-in is at 14:00, regardless of arrival/departure time.
C. Meals
For half-board (breakfast and main meal), lunch or dinner selection depends on the day's program. Meals are served collectively, starting with the first meal or dinner and ending with breakfast on departure.

Professional liability insurance
The Office is insured per Presidential Decree 339/5.9.96 for risks related to travel contracts and repatriation in case of bankruptcy. Insurance details are in the travel contract. Travelers are advised to seek optional temporary coverage for illness or accidents during the trip.

Complaints
The Office aims to fully provide services according to the program. Complaints must be submitted in writing within seven days of return. Claims for bodily injury are limited by international conventions binding Greece: 1. Air transport: Warsaw Convention 1929 2. Sea transport: Bern Convention 1974 3. Road transport: EU law 4. Hotel stay: Paris Convention 1962. Other damages (non-physical) are limited to the service value not provided. Greek courts, particularly those in Katerini, have jurisdiction for legal claims.
